Students should be paid for their placements or eligable for some type of scholarship. It it two months of full time work where I cannot work my other job. Centrelink Austudy pays less than $300 a week and it won't even cover my rent. If you want more people to become teachers it needs to be made easier. While I am on placement I will surely starve.
