get back to basic learning- rope learning, respect, discipline
no class groups , back to three R’s reading, writing and arhmatic
slow down the curriculum
It’s more important to learn it properly then move on to another subject
Improving teacher supply
The actions proposed will be effective in increasing the number of students entering ITE, number of students completing ITE and the number of teachers staying in and/or returning to the profession.

teachers need to be taught of all different and learning disabilities and how to help to teach each individual learning style
The only person who can disagnosed this is a /
only an Educational Psychologist ( who specifically works in special learning needs) not a speech thearpy , optometrist ( behaviour) , paediatric, social worker , school counseling
do not send the child to anything else but an Educational Psychologist who only works in learning difficulties.
Strengthening Initial Teacher Education (ITE)
The actions proposed will ensure initial teacher education supports teacher supply and quality.

2. Stop collaborating- lazy teaching, most kids who are struggling at school fail even more because they need individual learning, they are forgotten about, group work doesn’t work

1. Uni students, teachers, teacher Aides all must learn about learning difficulties and learning disabilities. Yes, they are different.
2. Each child learns differently

Better career pathways to support and retain teachers in the profession
The proposed actions will improve career pathways, including through streamlining the process for Highly Accomplished and Lead Teacher (HALT) accreditation, and providing better professional support for teachers to retain them in the profession.
