Teachers consistenly leave early education to go to primary schools due to the shorter working hours and increased holiday leave - maybe transferring these incentives to early education would see teachers remain in early learning centres.

The actions proposed will be effective in increasing the number of students entering ITE, number of students completing ITE and the number of teachers staying in and/or returning to the profession.
