There is no recognition by management or families for the extra things we do ( like all the after hours of planning or reports).
Improving teacher supply
The actions proposed will be effective in increasing the number of students entering ITE, number of students completing ITE and the number of teachers staying in and/or returning to the profession.

More non contact hours need to be given so teachers can deliver better outcomes for children, more pd workshops to be delivered face to face not on line.
