Teacher's have so much knowledge and information regarding the learning needs and development of children. Teachers have spent years studying to enhance their own practises and this has not been recognised by families in the Early childhood sector.
Improving teacher supply
The actions proposed will be effective in increasing the number of students entering ITE, number of students completing ITE and the number of teachers staying in and/or returning to the profession.
