I think that with inflation and rental increase early childhood is under paid, I think we need paid a bit more. Car parks at daycares help more staff to get to work. I think we need more teachers in case I get sick and if I take a holiday. I went casual as it's really challenging to take annual leave in daycares. I think we need more programming time than two hours I work every lunch time unpaid. I think some of the paperwork for cleaning is too time consuming. I think that early childhood teachers don't get much holidays compared to primary teachers. I love your suggestions thanks for listening this is amazing to be heard. Working in covid was stressful everyday I work with new casuals it's sad for the relationship between staff and children to have new casuals daily.
