Reduce bullying and harassment in schools -our staff followed all channels available to us- no action was taken -people quit, left to take up other schools and bully was promoted as head of another school! How does the Education department value its own employees?!

REDUCE WORKLOAD.
I work from 7am to 5/6pm and then go home and work til 9pm while eating dinner at the table. I work one day a week on the weekend...and I still don't get on top of my workload. I have no lunch /recess break -I am on playground duty, in staff meetings or running 'Clubs" -I have to beg someone to watch my class for 2 mins so I can get to a toilet without having an accident. Working collaboratively is not the issue - the amount of admin paperwork we are required to do that is not to do with face to face teaching is. Lesson preparation/marking should be my priority but that is last on the list of things I am required to do.

Better understanding future teacher workforce needs
