I have only heard that this was occurring for teachers in NSW. Will it happen for all Australian teachers?
The current process for WA, called level 3 teacher, is an extremely time consuming process. I am yet to see a teacher gain level 3 status the first time they apply. I have been advised on numerous occasions to apply, however my workload is too high to allow time to actually apply for this, especially when I see you have to apply 2 or 3 times before you can actually obtain it.
