The proposed actions will improve career pathways, including through streamlining the process for Highly Accomplished and Lead Teacher (HALT) accreditation, and providing better professional support for teachers to retain them in the profession.

The focus should also be on retaining experienced on class teachers by raising the capped amount on payscales in all states.

I am currently 37 and unless I decide to fill
An executive position, the only way I can seek pay increases is through EA negotiations. If you want quality experienced teachers it needs to be appealing financially to STAY on class
