Will the government offer a permanent residency?
For example, my [REDACTED] public school, hire overseas teachers and offer only a working visa even for many many years.
Could we imagine to offer permanent residency after 6 years of working visa even if the teachers is older than 45 years old?
some teachers have been working for more than ten years at this school and embrace the Australian values, they will stay in Permanent Residency is offered and they will be able to teach in others schools.

Better career pathways to support and retain teachers in the profession
