Teachers are so exhausted action needs to be swift for the system to keep working. Most of the problems stem from lack of good adult input. In some areas students refuse to do any work at all. They refuse to stay in class meaning they extra help provided by ssos is wasted following students around to keep them safe. This is not education.lots of the classes have such a high percentage of these students. Students with additional run ing around causing noise and chaos. Students with varying degrees of autism add to the noise and also refuse to listen to staff. It is soul destroying. Classes need to at least half the size they are now. Students with disability that disrupt classes and ignore teachers need to ha e there own rooms to learn and at least 2 staff to work with them. Our school has had 2 young teachers doing their first year and both chose to walk from the schoo
Walk away due to mental help. Staff need help now another inquiry will not change the problem. The teachers are great teachers but the situation is deplorable. Help us
