I feel reduce workload needs to be included. With continual increased expectations and increase support needed for families, teacher burnout is going to be on the rapid increase.

Valuing good teachers is so important. They often are so focused on the teaching of their students that they go un recognised. All improvements to retain good teachers is for the better
