HALT Teachers - is this going to be the same as Level 3 Teachers in WA?

The proposed actions will improve career pathways, including through streamlining the process for Highly Accomplished and Lead Teacher (HALT) accreditation, and providing better professional support for teachers to retain them in the profession.

build better pathways for teachers to move into admin roles - this cannot be dictated by the principal/deputy at the current school so that people are given equitable opportunities to succeed and move further in their careers
