Make programs to keep teachers. Training new ones and then having them burn out in the first five years will not solve the current problem

There needs to be a cultural shift. When Senior Education Improvement Leaders are still blocking potential school leaders because they haven’t been on the profession long enough, nothing will change. Life experience outside of education seems to count for little
