2025 International TPS Levy Consultation

The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) is conducting sector consultation on the draft 2025 International TPS Levy settings from August to October 2024.

The TPS Advisory Board provided its draft advice on the 2025 International TPS Levy settings to the TPS Director at the August 2024 Board meeting. The Board’s letter of draft advice is available for viewing.

Leviable international education and training providers are invited to attend one or more of the following consultation sessions to learn about and provide feedback on the draft levy settings:

  • Online: Thursday 15 August 2024, 3-4pm (AEST). Watch the recording of this session or download the slides.
  • Adelaide: Wednesday 21 August 2024, 1-2:15pm (ACST) 
  • Brisbane: Wednesday 28 August 2024, 10-11:15am (AEST) 
  • Melbourne: Wednesday 4 September 2024, 10-11:15am, 11:45am-1pm and 1:45-3pm (AEST) 
  • Sydney: Wednesday 18 September 2024, 10-11:15am, 11:45am-1pm and 1:45-3pm (AEST)

The TPS Director will be in Perth from Tuesday 10 September to Friday 13 September 2024 to attend the English Australia Conference. If you are based in Perth and wish to meet with the TPS Director to discuss the draft levy settings, please email the TPS via operations@tps.gov.au at your earliest convenience to schedule a meeting. 

Feedback received from the sector throughout the consultation period will be presented to the Board for consideration ahead of its October 2024 meeting, when the Board will provide its final advice on the 2025 International TPS Levy settings to the TPS Director.
