The Review was published in December 2023. It found that Australian schools provide a world-class education for most students thanks to the dedication of teachers and school leaders. To ensure every student experiences the best that Australia’s education has to offer, the Review highlighted areas of reform focus for governments’ consideration.
The Review will be an input into negotiations in 2024 between the Commonwealth and states and territories on the next Education Funding and Reform Agreement.
