Australian Capital Territory Bilateral Agreement under the Better and Fairer Schools Agreement.

The Better and Fairer Schools Agreement 2025-2034 (the Agreement) is an agreement between the Commonwealth, states and territories to help create a better and fairer education system for all students.

The Department is required each year to publish an Annual Report under paragraphs 50-54 of the Choice and Affordability Fund (CAF) Guidelines (the CAF Annual Report). The CAF Annual Report summarises the general operations, progress of activities and expenditure, reported in the individual CAF Annual Reports submitted by the 16 Non-Government Representative Bodies (NGRBs) receiving financial assistance under the Australian Education Act 2013.
