The Exposure Draft of the Education Services for Overseas Students (Registration Charges) Regulations 2021 prescribe the method and amounts the department will use to calculate the three new Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) registration charges to be applied from 1 January 2022.
