The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) is conducting sector consultation on the draft 2025 VSL, HELP and Up-front Payments Tuition Protection Levy settings throughout March and April 2025.
The TPS Advisory Board provided its draft advice on the 2025 Domestic Tuition Protection Levy settings to the TPS Director at the February 2025 Board meeting. The Board’s letters of draft advice are available for viewing:

Leviable domestic education providers are invited to attend one or more of the following consultation sessions to learn about and provide feedback on the draft levy settings:
- Online: Wednesday 5 March 2025, 2-3pm (AEDT). Watch the recording of this session or download the slides.
- Sydney: Wednesday 12 March 2025, 10-11:15am (AEDT)
- Melbourne: Wednesday 19 March 2025, 10-11:15am (AEDT)
- Brisbane: Wednesday 26 March 2025, 10-11:15am (AEST). This session will now be conducted via Microsoft Teams. Those who register will receive a link to join the session.

Feedback received from the sector will be presented to the Board for consideration ahead of its May 2025 meeting, when the Board will provide its final levy settings advice to the TPS Director.
