Schools Assistance Act 2008

Schools Assistance Regulations 2009
The Schools Assistance Regulations 2009 (the Regulations) specify the performance and transparency requirements under the Schools Assistance Act 2008 for non-government schools.
The Regulations give effect to the data collection and reporting requirements in the National Education Agreement including the national assessments and performance measures set out in the Ministerial Council for Education, Early Childhood Development and Youth Affairs (MCEECDYA) Measurement Framework for National Key Performance Measures.
