Skills Service Organisations Announced for the Manufacturing, Automotive and Mining and Drilling Sectors

On 10 November 2016, the Hon Karen Andrews MP, Assistant Minister for Vocational Education and Skills, announced the Skills Service Organisations for the manufacturing, automotive and mining and drilling sectors. They are

  • Innovation and Business Skills Australia (IBSA) − for manufacturing and
  • PricewaterhouseCoopers Skills for Australia (PwC) − for automotive, and mining and drilling.

Skills Service Organisations are funded by the Australian Government as independent, professional service organisations who undertake work commissioned by the Australian Industry Skills Committee (AISC), on behalf of their Industry Reference Committees (IRCs).
